VA07 circuit breakers are installed into transformer substations, switch and control gears and main distribution boards as lead-in, sectional and distribution units for connecting and protecting drives, generators, transformers, buses and cables at industrial and residential construction sites, electric supply of high technology manufactures, banks and utilities. Intended for exploitation in electric units with rated operating voltage limited to 690V per rated current from 800 to 4000A. These ACB correspond to the requirements of IEC 60947-2.

All types of the units with a rated current of 3200 A have the same depth of 345 mm and a height of 460 mm. The size of the hole in the board for the front panel is the same for all switches of VA07 series, that facilitates the installation of the equipment in the junction box.

Basic complete sets of the supply provide that the main contacts for devices up to 3200 A are installed in horizontal position, and for the current of 4000 A - in vertical position. Front-face and the combined connection is possible as well.

Double Break system ensures quick break of short circuit current arc by splitting the arch into halves through opening at two points of each pole. This reduces contact wear and reduces their erosion.

Main contacts can easily be replaced, thus extending the life of the circuit breaker. Replacement of each contact takes no more than 15 minutes.
