04.04.01 DIN-rails

Perforated DIN-rails of IEK brand are used for fastening MCBs, modular equipment and other devices. They are made of galvanized steel.

04.04.02 N, PE, PEN, L buses, cross-modules

Neutral bus bars with SCHNI-type insulator are intended for electric and mechanical connection of neutral operating and protective conductors. Constructively, SCHNI buses are made of a latten alloy bus placed onto a plastic insulator made of self-extinguishing plastic. Standard exploitation conditions: - ambient temperature: from –40 to +50°C; - relative humidity: under 90%.

04.04.03 Connecting buses

Bridging bars are applied for convenient and safe connection of various groups: VA (MCBs), AD (RCBOs), VD (RCCBs) and VN (modular disconnectors). Buses with 18mm step are intended for commuting one-modulefold wide equipment; 27mm step buses are designed for 1,5 module-fold wide devices. Buses are optimized per rated current of 100A but can be used with rated current of 125A if the incoming switch is connected on the center. There are plugs intended for 1,5 module wide buses.

Plugs are designed to close the ends and insulation of current-carrying parts screw bead clamps (terminals) of ZNI series. Installed on the appropriate clinch of ZNI type. Made of elastic and impact-resistant fire-retardant polyamide, which has excellent resistance to aggressive environments and temperatures.

Glands are intended for connecting Cables into the electric panel equipment in order to protect conductors from mechanical damage and the assembly itself from dust and moisture ingress at the input. The gland consists of a body (1), sealant (2), a sealing nut (3), a spacer (4) and a clamping nut (5). Spacer and sealant are made of neoprene. Body, clamping and sealing nut are made of nylon. Gland installation is carried out with the help of a tube wrench.

Busbar insulators connect current-conducting buses inside power distribution boxes and assemblies for insulation and fastening of conducting parts from the casing and panels with consequent connection of power Cables for electricity distribution inside the box. The insulator should be fixed to the mounting plate or casing with the help of a bolt on the one side; current-conducting bus is fastened to the insulator on the other side. Each bus is installed minimum on two insulators (at the bus ends). It is possible to install intermediate insulators (depending on the installation circuit and bus length).

RBD distribution terminal blocks are designed for use as terminal clamps when multiple smaller conductors must be connected to a conductor with bigger cross-section, for arrangement of distribution systems in cabinets, arrangement of main earthing busbar. Intended for installation on DIN rail or mounting panel both in power supply cabinets and flat distribution boards, working in the systems of voltages up to 1000V and frequency 50Hz, at ambient air temperature from -40 to +70°C. RBD distribution terminal blocks are made from high-quality brass with special protective coating. The body is made from non-combustible plastic. Installation methods: - on DIN rail 35mm wide; - on the board panel using 2 screws.

04.04.08 Equipment for climate control

The DIN rail heater is meant to heat the air inside electrical cabinets. The generated convection air flow prevents the formation of low temperature areas and protects electrical components from condensation and freezing during temperature changes, as well as corrosion of the metal elements of the active equipment. The presence of a self-regulating heater ensures natural circulation of heated air inside the cabinet and avoids overheating. By installation in conjunction with the thermostat is used to ensure optimal climatic conditions inside the cabinet and the organization of stable operation of the installed equipment. It can be used in electrical equipment of alternating current with frequency of 50Hz and voltage up to 230V. Dynamic air heating system is the most effective in long-term operation. Connection by means of clamps makes installation as simple and fast as possible.

These locks are made of chrome-plated steel. Metal keys are nickel-plated. Locks are intended for locking electric assemblies and panels in order to protect them from unauthorized access as well as moisture and dust ingress.

Safety signs are intended for a visual information perception in order to ensure safety. These signs are made in the form of self-adhesive labels.
