Residual current operated circuit breakers with overcurrent protection AVDT34 are intended for electric shock hazard protection in case of electric installation insulation failures, for preventing fires caused by earth current leakages, overload and short circuit protection in AC networks of 400 V (50 Hz). AVDT34 with the integrated overcurrent protection reacts not only to alternating residual current but also to pulsating direct residual currents. The sources of such pulsating currents can be washing machines with variable-speed control, controlled lighting, TVs, video recorders, PCs etc. AVDT34 is manufactured as 4-pole items per rated currents of 6, 10, 16, 25 and 32 A and rated breaking residual currents of 10, 30, 100, 300 mA. |

Advantages
- Compact residual current-controlled circuit breaker construction with the integrated overcurrent protection.
- Rated conditional short-circuit current of 6000A provides for installing AVDT34 as incoming protection switches.
- RCD type A ensures universal shock hazard protection in case of eventual unintentional contact with conducting parts and earth current leakages.
- High electrical wear resistance: not less than 6000 powering cycles.
- Wide range of rated (6, 10, 16, 25 and 32 A) and rated breaking residual currents (10, 30, 100, 300 mA).
- Ergonomic “TEST” button for checking the device’s operation and accuracy of connection.
- Main contacts of 4-polar residual current operated circuit breakers with overcurrent protection AVDT34 are constructed in the way that the neutral pin is closed earlier and broken later that allows preventing electrical imbalance equivalent to a neutral conductor cut-off.
- Possibility to install:
- universal status contact KDU60;
- shunt trip RN60.
