Residual current circuit switch VD1-63S (selective UZO)

Description


Modular circuit breakers controlled by residual current without the integrated overcurrent protection functionally not depending on the main voltage. They are intended for home and equal use and are noted for their break-time limit. VD1-63S can be used for the automated power off in case of residual current leaks in 2- and 3-phase AC networks with rated voltage up to 400 V.
VD1-63S are designed for installation in low-voltage complex input and distribution devices used in residential, public and industrial objects as well as construction sites.

Ultimate switching capacity – 6000 A.

Design Features


  Electromechanic type device with the integrated time-delay circuit. Free of internal consumption. Preserves working capacity even after a neutral conductor cut-off.   Wide range of operating temperatures from –25 to +40° contributes to applying this switch in different climatic zones.
  Main circuit status indicator provides exact information on the contacts status independently from lever position.   Notches on terminal clamps allow lowering thermal losses and boosting the mechanical stability of connection.
  “TEST” button for checking the device’s operation and accuracy of connection.   Boosted screw head dimension with cross-functional crest (+,–) helps to facilitate mounting and prevents the screws from falling out during the installation.
  Arc chutes on each pole contribute to more effective electric arc suppression.
